At Vornila, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
- Personal care items such as toiletries, cosmetics, or any hygiene-related products.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@vornila.com with proof of the defect.
Shipping for Returns
- To return your product, please contact us for the return address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
